This is a hybrid role reporting into the San Jose, CA office 3 days a week. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Security Compliance, you will be responsible for:Leading and executing global security compliance programs, driving cross-functional alignment with strategic objectivesTracking and reporting program progress, milestones, and KPIs, enabling data-driven decision making and continuous improvementIdentifying and escalating risks or issues to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations for timely resolutionFacilitating effective communication with stakeholders through regular meetings and transparent program updatesManaging program budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting to ensure compliance initiatives remain aligned with business goalsWhat We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):8+ years of experience managing large-scale security compliance or risk programs in a global or multi-region environmentProven expertise leading cross-functional initiatives and interacting with senior leadershipStrong background in program financial stewardship, including budget, resources, and forecastingDemonstrated ability to track and report on program performance using KPIs or data-driven metricsIn-depth experience identifying and remediating risk in security compliance frameworksWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or PMPDirect experience engaging with C-suite executives on compliance and strategyBackground in enterprise transformation or process optimizationBase Pay Range $140,000 - $200,000 USDAt Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
