You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our patients during surgical procedures. Location: Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215 What We Offer: Competitive pay ranging from $26.10 to $39.15, based on your qualifications and experience. Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. A $10,000 sign-on bonus available with relocation assistance. A $2,000 sign-on bonus specifically for evening shifts at ASLMC. Opportunities for annual increases based on your performance. Your Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and efficient operating room, utilizing aseptic techniques. Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for surgeries. Assist surgeons by anticipating their needs and managing the sterile field. Manage patient positioning and transport, ensuring safety and comfort. Notifying staff of any equipment or supply issues and maintaining specialty carts. Qualifications: Completed an accredited Surgical Technology program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required within six months of hire. No prior surgical technologist experience is necessary.
