We are currently seeking a talented Bankruptcy Associate to join our prestigious client in White Plains, NY. Here are the key highlights of this opportunity:

Your Role: Bankruptcy Associate

  • Managing a diverse caseload of bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidations, and out-of-court restructurings.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including bankruptcy petitions, motions, and plans of reorganization.
  • Representing clients in bankruptcy court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
  • Conducting legal research and providing strategic advice to clients on bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
