- 15% commission on business generated, applicable even to junior attorneys.
- A mid-sized firm with over 50 employees, where the Bankruptcy department constitutes nearly 10% of the total workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bankruptcy Law Research: Conduct comprehensive research on the Bankruptcy Code, relevant case law, and local court regulations to support case strategies and ensure adherence.
- Bankruptcy Filings Management: Prepare and submit bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and other necessary documentation for individuals or businesses under Chapter 11.
- Contract and Agreement Review: Analyze existing contracts, leases, and agreements to assess their implications in bankruptcy situations and provide informed advice to clients.
- Litigation Assistance: Support the preparation and strategy for contested issues within bankruptcy cases, including adversary proceedings or motions for relief from the automatic stay.
