Legal Administrative Sales Support CoordinatorSeeking an individual to execute the firm's business development, public relations, and client services. The objective is to expand and support the firm's client base. The ideal candidate values responsibility, organization, time management, effective communication and is solution oriented.Responsibilities include: working with partners to develop, plan, and lead firm-wide marketing and business development initiatives; assisting attorneys with RFPs and pitch meetings to clients and/or prospects; developing and maintaining practice specific marketing materials; overseeing the firm's rankings, recognitions and awards submissions; coordinating with administrative departments to complete client and/or marketing/bd related surveys; performing market research and analysis; furnishing market advice, counsel and general staff support; monitoring external and internal environment; maintaining positive relationships with third-party vendors; developing public relations communications; managing events and sponsorships; coordinating and managing the ordering and distribution of holiday cards and gifts; creating graphics; developing and maintaining the marketing/bd budget; coordinating and attending client-facing events; managing the firm's website and SEO; creating and implementing social media strategy; maintaining firm branding standards; participating in administrative staff meetings; serving as the main point of contact; and remaining at the forefront of emerging industry practices.Education/experience/requirements include a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or any related field or any similar combination of education and experience; minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, recruiting, or related field; minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in the legal industry; involvement in the legal marketing association; background knowledge of intellectual property law and/or technical fields strongly preferred; and proficiency in Microsoft's suite of products, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WordPress, social media platforms, and other computer/office functions preferred.Addison Group is an equal opportunity employer.
