Customer Service RepresentativePosition General Responsibilities: The Customer Service Representative position is a customer facing role, supporting the bank by establishing new deposit accounts, performing various account maintenance, fulfilling internal and external account and maintenance requests, and providing excellent customer service. It requires constant customer contact in person, over the phone, and through email. In addition to customer service, this position requires a teachable spirit, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and on a team.Employees Supervised: None.Education, Experience and Certification Requirements Note: Only minimum responsibilities are listed. Other responsibilities may be required as requested by management.Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.Working knowledge of various Microsoft Office programs.Preferred:Minimum 1-year previous work experience in banking or customer service.Previous work experience using Fiserv's Navigator programs.Dimension of Job: The position requires a thorough knowledge of all types of accounts, services and products offered and sold by Stockman. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will have extensive in-person, telephone, and email contact and is to conduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the professional, community focused, and overall marketing effort of the Bank.Position Specific Responsibilities, Duties and Competencies:Account Services:Establish and market a variety of financial products and services to new and existing retail and commercial customers by assessing individual needs. Products and services may include but are not limited to:Transactional AccountsCertificates of DepositIndividual Retirement AccountsSavings AccountsTrust AccountsDebit CardsATM CardsCredit CardsSafe Deposit BoxesDirect Deposit EnrollmentOnline BankingWire TransfersStockman InsuranceStockman Wealth ManagementMaintain an extensive knowledge of deposit, loan, and other products and services offered by Stockman Bank through utilizing provided resources.Attend training sessions to stay current on new and existing procedures, rules, and regulations.
