Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our team at Ezra Medical Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, providing high-quality patient care, and fostering a positive work environment for our staff. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical procedures, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

*Nurse Manager Responsibilities:*

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Utilize NextGen electronic medical records to document patient care and track patient outcomes.
- Manage and supervise a team of nurses and medical assistants, providing ongoing training and support.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of laboratory tests and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support for staff members
- Manage the scheduling and staffing needs of the nursing department.
- Develop and maintain relationships with providers.

*Nurse Manager Qualifications:*

- Current RN license.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a nurse manager or in a leadership role.
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
