Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our company's operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our purchasing, sales, logistics, and administrative functions, with a focus on international trade and export operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Direct and lead the company's buying and selling activities for export of parts and components.
  2. Manage logistics and export documentation, including supplier credit, banking accounts, supplier payments, and inventory.
  3. Develop strategic initiatives to achieve company objectives, emphasizing administrative, financial, and commercial management of allocated resources.
  4. Control and evaluate purchasing, supply, budget, cost, and payment activities necessary for achieving company goals, including payroll-related social contributions.


Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the export/import industry.

  • Proficient in US procurement processes and international transportation.
  • Experience with international payments.
  • Analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
