That's why we offer The GEICO Pledge: Great Company, Great Culture, Great Rewards and Great Careers.We are looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our Multi-line Damage team as a Multi-line Property Damage Adjuster As an ambassador for GEICO's renowned customer service, you will work in a dynamic environment that may include repair shops, salvage yards, a customer's home or in a virtual estimating environment. You will be responsible for inspecting damage, estimating cost of repairs, negotiating settlements, issuing payments, and providing excellent customer service. This position primarily will include servicing boat, motorcycle, RV and other specialty claims.Qualifications & Skills:Valid driver's license (must meet company underwriting guidelines for at least the past 3 consecutive years) and the ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permitsWillingness to be flexible with primary work location position may require either remote or in-office workSolid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi-tasking skillsEffective attention to detail and decision-making skillsAbility to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilitiesMinimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferredAnnual Salary: $29.51 - $53.93The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
