Department/Unit: Operating Room Work Shift: Day Salary Range: $83,200.00 - $93,184.00 Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Nurse II, where you will play an essential role in providing compassionate care to our patients, families, and colleagues. In this role, you will: Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments and procedures, adhering to company policies and regulations. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions. Assess patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment in decision-making. Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses. Administer prescribed medications and collaborate with the nursing team to develop tailored Plans of Care for all patients. Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing practice. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree. Current NYS Registered Nurse license is required. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained and maintained. A minimum of 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care is preferred. Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills are essential. A strong understanding of quality concepts and a demonstrated ability to apply improvement tools and techniques.
