Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with specialization in Civil Engineer.
  • 3+ years’ previous relevant experience.
  • Experience in Civil Design, preferably with extensive experience in stormwater design.
  • Working knowledge of surveying and site construction means and methods.
  • Familiar with ODOT, city and county design standards as well as public and private utility design.

Plusses:

  • Extensive experience with Civil 3d.
  • Project Management experience.


Day-To-Day: Insight Global is looking for a Civil Engineer for one of our clients in Westlake, Ohio. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the technical and engineering aspects of a project, ensuring that the project’s engineering-related tasks are in line with the project’s goals, requirements, and standards. The Civil Engineer will be expected to work to complete projects efficiently, on time, and within budget. Most importantly, must have good teamwork skills; must contribute to the team by being respectful, communicating and cooperating with team members, and being open to helping team members as well as asking for help when needed.
