This is a contract to hire, onsite position.ResponsibilitiesPerform AP functions including GL coding, processing (using 3-way matching) and reconciling invoices, weekly check runs, and petty cash reimbursements as well as research and resolve any invoice issuesExperienceMinimum of two to three years of accounts payable (high volume invoice processing) experience requiredSkills/KnowledgeProficiency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook requiredWorkday or Concur expense report experience strongly preferredProficiency using accounting software requiredHigh degree of accuracy and strong attention to detailSolid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skillsEducationAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferredWork Hours/Pay RateMonday-Friday - 40 hours per week$20-24/hr.If you meet all of the qualifications above for the Accounts Payable Clerk position, apply today
