Role: Business system analyst Location: USA - Orlando, Florida (3 days onsite in a week) Experience - 8+ Years Technical Skills: (Mandatory) System Consultant requirement for Vertafore ImageRight or Vertafore AMS 360 Agency Management Knowledge of WorkSmart/ImageRight applications & ImageRight Services Insurance Domain Knowledge Microsoft Technologies: Azure, Active Directory Network Technologies: Network Traffic Management, Internet Protocols such as TCP/IP IIS and/or SQL and Multi-tiered application environment support experience Trouble shooting windows server and ImageRight issues Windows servers post patching support Experience with cloud-hosted environments, private/public/hybrid clouds Implementation & product support to the business, technical users and SFDC integration, policy rating software, and general troubleshooting skills. Manage and maintain the health and availability of windows-based servers Administer and maintain the SCCM infrastructure, including deployment and management of software Implement and maintain security protocols and updates to protect our sensitive data and networks. Knowledge application architectures and automation/configuration management. Experience of Azure Operational and Monitoring tools. Technical Skills (Secondary - Nice to have, NOT MANDATORY): Database Technologies: AMS 360 Familiar with Tanium End Point security Experience in Azure Migrate, Security Experience Soft Skills - As this is an onsite role, must have strong written and oral communication skills. Strong ability to work with client stakeholders. Requirement gathering and Review Azure Certification is a plus
