What the right candidate will have:


  • Subscription Management: Research and manage various subscriptions (e.g., Cap IQ, Bloomberg, Survey Monkey, NY Times) for two companies.
  • Use ServiceNow (SNOW) to set up and maintain subscription services.
  • Contract Analysis: Read and analyze contracts to understand terms and conditions, renewal dates, and vendor requirements.
  • Execute contracts like professional services, legal, staff augmentation, and executive searches.
  • Organize and maintain a central repository for all subscription contracts.
  • Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors to manage the onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Identify and establish contact with vendor points of contact (POCs) for various subscriptions.
  • Ensure timely communication regarding contract expirations and renewals.
  • Research and Documentation: Conduct research to gather necessary information about each subscription service.
  • Document and track all subscription details, including terms, costs, and vendor information.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize subscription management processes.
  • Develop strategies to improve efficiency in handling and organizing subscription contracts.


Responsibilities of the right candidate:


  • 6-8 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on technology contracts and subscription management.
  • Extensive experience in policy development, documentation, and third-party risk management.
  • Strong understanding of technology contracts and the ability to manage and negotiate terms effectively.
  • Familiarity with procurement tools and platforms such as SNOW, Databricks, and Workday.
  • Excellent process mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
