We're seeking a dynamic Content Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department at Idea Financial and its sister company LevelEsq. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining our digital presence across various platforms, including blog content, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

· Create engaging blog content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives

· Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X

· Develop and execute content strategies to increase audience engagement, brand awareness, and growth

· Plan and maintain content calendars for blog, social media, and email marketing

· Utilize Pardot to create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns

· Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and engage customers

· Design responsive email templates that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

· Content management: creating content for email campaigns

· Segment email lists and personalize content to improve engagement rates

· Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

· Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals and campaigns

· Create and curate multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographics

· Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on content and email effectiveness

· Identify opportunities to enhance our digital presence and reach new audiences


Qualifications:

·Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and email marketing

· Experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce Pardot

· Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms

· Proficiency in email marketing best practices, including deliverability, A/B testing, and campaign optimization

· Understanding of CAN-SPAM and other email marketing regulations

· Experience in creating and managing drip campaigns and nurture programs

· Ability to interpret email analytics and use data to drive decision-making

· Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and design software (e.g., Canva)

· Video editing skills preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
