Are you a dedicated Senior HVAC Service and Installation Technician with a passion for going above and beyond to satisfy customers? Comfy HVAC is seeking an experienced professional to join our close knit team. As a Senior Technician, you will be empowered with your own van, tools, equipment, and branded apparel. If you're a hardworking, self-motivated individual who is a team player, read on to learn more about this exciting opportunity.

*Key Responsibilities*:

* Repair and install residential HVAC systems and equipment, including conventional air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
* Identify maintenance risks on equipment and recommend part replacements or new systems to homeowners.
* Conduct performance tests and adjust system settings as needed.
* Offer and promote the benefits of system maintenance contracts to homeowners.
* Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the company-provided van.

*Qualifications:*

* 3+ years of experience performing maintenance and service on residential HVAC systems.
* EPA certification.
* HVAC low voltage/controls experience.
* Ability to lift 100 lbs.
* Proficiency with computers and smartphones.
* Valid driver's license.
* Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
* High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $24.00 - $55.00 per hour
