Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

Product Development ArchitectDesigns and develops short- and long-term solutions to technology needs, to meet client requirements. Applies best practices and advanced methodologies to address changing development, technology and client environments. May support systems infrastructure, desktop and/or network architecture consultants by preparing detailed specifications and documentation from high-level designs. Architects working in the area of Product Development may lead, plan and track all phases of the technology product life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace. They may also establish technology product specifications, and collaborate with various functions, including network engineering, software development, operations, marketing and sales.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutionsWork closely with business to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needsDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specificationsWork collaboratively with developers and other team members to ensure that technical solutions are delivered to the highest quality standardsServe as a technical advisor to business and internal team membersKeep up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to the design and implementation of Salesforce solutionsExperience with Conga and Mulesoft is a plusExperience in a multi-org environment is requiredDesigns and develops IT architecture solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. Leads teams in working with clients on their IT architecture.Performs technical planning, architecture development and reviews specifications. Often coaches their peers in these duties.Confirms the compatibility of products/services to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies, often leading a multi-disciplinary team to do so.Maintains alignment with clients' overall enterprise architecture direction and the organization's standards for architecture consulting.Leads and delegates research, design and development of product hardware and software interfaces to form a compatible system; provides networking capabilities between products.Designs and defines system requirements for complex systems and/or prepares studies and analyzes existing systems for major clients.Qualifications10+ years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutionsExtensive experience in Salesforce architecture and design patterns, including platform security, data modeling, and integrationIn-depth understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web ComponentsExcellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong leadership skills and the ability to lead technical teams in a collaborative and inclusive mannerSalesforce certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect or Certified Application Architect, are a plusCome as You AreNasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
