Our world-class curriculum is built upon the Mathnasium Methodthe result of decades of hands-on instruction and developmentand has changed the lives of children since 2002.Why Work With UsAt Mathnasium of Bend, we're passionate about both our students and our employees We set ourselves apart by providing Center Directors with:A rewarding leadership opportunity to transform the lives of K-12th grade studentsA full-time positionA fun, supportive, and encouraging work cultureOpportunities for professional developmentContinuous training on education, sales, and management best practicesAll necessary curriculum and instructional toolsIf you are driven, motivated, and eager to make a difference, we would love to meet youJob ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the centerScreen, hire, train, and schedule employees to effectively provide individualized instruction in a group setting via in-center, online, and/or hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium MethodLead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personallyMarket the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationshipsConduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling studentsAdminister student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plansProvide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progressMonitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student successBecome proficient with digital educational materials and processesSupport the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environmentQualificationsPassion for math and working with studentsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilitiesEagerness to learn and be trainedExceptional math competency through at least Algebra IProficiency in computer skillsCompleted Bachelor's Degree, preferred in education, math, or related fieldPrevious management or leadership experience preferredPrevious customer relationships & sales experience preferredAll applicants are required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.Compensation: $18.00 per hour
