IT Business Operations Specialist (IT Vendor Specialist)

  • Hybrid (3x a week onsite in Wilmington, MA)
  • 6+ months with conversion to perm.
  • SOW’s (Statement of Work), MSA’s (Master Service Agreements), IT Vendor Management


Scope:

  • The focus will be supporting the IT purchasing processes by issuing purchase orders, vouchering, updating tracking of spend, supporting requests received via Cherwell tickets from the field, and other general administrative tasks.

Job Summary:

  • Must have a strong customer support background, experience in procurement, recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced interrupt driven environment.
  • Advanced MS-Office Skills, the ability to multi-task, effectively communicate and work with individuals from varied backgrounds is essential. Information Technology background is a plus.


Job Detail:

  • This role provides day to day administrative, procurement and recruitment support for an IT department of 150+ Team Partners across multiple locations.
  • Supports the IT purchasing process including the creation of purchase orders, payment of invoices (via credit card or internal voucher process) and reconciliation of transactions.
  • Attention to details while focusing on budget and the accuracy of tracking IT spend.
