Role Description

This is a per diem on-site role for a Registered Nurse with Aesthetics Experience. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Nurse to join our team at Skiin Blackhawk. As an Aesthetic Nurse, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of cosmetic treatments and procedures. Your primary goal will be to enhance the natural beauty of our clients and provide exceptional service. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for administering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, GLP-1 Medications, perform services which include but not limited to: Microneedling with RF, Microneedling, blood draws, PRP Injections, laser treatments, medical grade chemical peels and assisting with patient assessments. This role is located in Danville, CA.


Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) California license
  • BLS, ACLS
  • Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist is highly preferred*
  • Minimum of 1 Year in Aesthetics
  • Certificate of training in Neurotoxin, Dermal Filler, Lasers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin types, and skincare products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • HIPAA Compliant


Job Summary:

  • Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations to understand client needs and goals.
  • Administer non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), laser treatments, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare treatments.
  • Conduct pre-procedure assessments, including reviewing medical history, evaluating contraindications, and obtaining informed consent.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients during treatments, adhering to all infection control protocols. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness while trying to maintain sterility of sterile instruments.
  • Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow-up with clients to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments and techniques through continuous education and training.
  • Collaborate with the medical spa team to develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs and desired outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatments, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications.
  • Assist with marketing efforts by participating in promotional events and providing education to clients about available treatments and services.
  • Utilize the check-out process to handle invoices and services provided for patients.
  • Coordinate with patients to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Process payments through various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to maintain organized records and documentation of all transactions.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures for handling sensitive patient information and financial transactions.
