Known for its innovative approach and strong reputation, this company offers the resources of a large organization while maintaining a collaborative, family-oriented culture.Job DescriptionLead and manage multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout. Provide operational oversight on client relations, financials, risk mitigation, and technical issues. Conduct monthly project reviews and ensure timely reporting and documentation. Oversee staffing decisions, performance evaluations, and team development. Attend owner meetings and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks. Drive process improvements and resolve complex project challenges. Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License. OSHA 30-hour certification. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Procore and Spectrum is a plus.
