Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructional Coach at ELL Advocates. The Instructional Coach will be responsible for curriculum development, coaching, educational leadership, staff development, and education. Day-to-day tasks include providing support and training to staff, implementing data-driven interventions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in teaching practices.

  • Educational Leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Project-Based Learning and data-driven interventions
  • Experience working in a diverse educational setting
  • Master’s degree in Education or related field
