As a Business Manager for New Business Implementation projects, you’ll help manage new trading initiatives. You’ll work cross functionally with a variety of internal and external teams to perform initial due diligence activities, shepherd and monitor new business processes, and ensure the successful launch and onboarding of new trading products or traders.


Job Duties:

  • Assessment and implementation of new trading initiatives and trading access changes within US including onboarding/decommissioning of traders, exchanges, products, clearing firms, etc.
  • Cross functionally work with internal and external parties
  • Work collaboratively with members of trading, support teams including legal, compliance, operations, and technology to establish best practices to improve efficiency
  • Work directly with and act as a point of contact for traders on a variety of trading inquires


Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience working in a trading environment (front office, operations, risk management, regulatory/compliance, business analysis, project management, client services, administration, etc.)
  • Experience onboarding new clearing firm/prime brokerage relationships, exchanges, and execution systems
  • An ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently and autonomously
  • Previous experience working directly with traders
