Joining Horizons means becoming part of an international family that is constantly growing. Key Responsibilities Payroll Coordination: Timely processing of payroll payments for various countries. Communicating effectively with local CPAs to ensure prompt payroll operations. Accounts Payable: Full management of AP duties. Accurate validation and capture of invoices. Timely processing of vendor and contractor payments. Maintaining AP funding forecasts for relevant regions. Performing bank statement updates and reconciliations. System Management & Administration: Updating and maintaining financial records in Xero, transitioning to Netsuite. Addressing vendor and internal queries from the AP mailbox. Resolving internal inquiries related to contractor payments. Ensuring proper filing of all financial and compliance documents. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts payable. Strong knowledge of multi-country payroll and vendor payment processes. Proficiency in Netsuite is mandatory; familiarity with Xero is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Strong time management skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across cultures and time zones.
