Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans that outline key milestones timelines and resource allocation. Lead project kickoff meetings clarify project requirements and delegate tasks to ensure the team understands each aspect of the project from the outset.

Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and upper management facilitating clear ongoing communication. Address project needs ensure alignment with Crystora Dynamics standards and confirm that client specifications are precisely met.

Resource Management: Identify and allocate the necessary manpower materials and equipment. Coordinate with procurement and other departments to ensure resources are available on time and within budget.

Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct regular project checkins assess progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track. Prepare and deliver detailed project updates to clients and stakeholders ensuring transparency and proactive problemsolving.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors Degree in Project Management Engineering Construction Management or a related field is required.

Experience: Proven track record in project management within the engineering or construction sectors is preferred.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational abilities and a knack for prioritizing tasks in complex projects.

Strong attention to detail ensuring no aspect of the project is overlooked.

Proficient in budgeting and time management capable of creating accurate cost estimates and realistic project timelines.

Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to unite and motivate team members toward shared objectives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills ensuring clarity and professionalism in all client interactions.
