Accounts Receivable SpecialistWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania. This is a contract position that requires a strong background in managing accounts receivable processes, cash applications, and commercial collections. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with flexible hours and occasional remote work only Fridays.Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely updates for assigned regions.Process and post cash applications efficiently to maintain accurate financial records.Collaborate with the sales team to resolve discrepancies and keep account portfolios up to date.Handle light collections tasks to ensure timely payments and address overdue balances.Perform billing functions to ensure proper invoicing and account reconciliation.Monitor cash activity to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.Utilize Excel and Hana software for account management and reporting.Support departmental growth by contributing to process improvements and teamwork.Requirements:Proven experience in accounts receivable management and related functions.Strong skills in cash applications and cash posting processes.Familiarity with commercial collections and billing procedures.Proficiency in Excel and Hana software.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams.High attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
