About the Role:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to supervisors
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Participate in routine rounds, ensuring residents receive timely attention and assistance

Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification by the State
