The Tax Manager will manage the overall tax compliance function, including income and non-income taxes. A key player in this five-person team, the Tax Manager will monitor and ensure compliance and support tax planning and strategy initiatives.

Description

The key responsibilities of this role include the following:

  • Manage the overall tax compliance function for all domestic and foreign tax filings comprising the global enterprise
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with US and international tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements across various jurisdictions.
  • Conduct research of non-US and US federal, state, local and international tax matters which support ongoing tax projects and/or filing positions
  • Support the resolution of tax notices and audits
  • Manage annual transfer pricing processes
  • Support tax planning and strategy initiatives

Profile

The ideal candidate will posses the following qualities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 5-8 years of public accounting experience
  • CPA preferred, but not required
  • Partnership/corporate tax experience
  • Driven and passionate about tax
