We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for individually conceptualizing and creating visually engaging designs that communicate our brand message effectively. The Graphic Designer will work on a variety of projects, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website designs, and promotional materials. The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.


Overview

The ideal candidate will be an independent contributor who works well in a team but is able to gather requirements and deliver a finished product timely quickly. Reporting to the President is a critical role, with significant influence in the organization responsible for providing the overall layout and production design for various applications such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports, including but not limited to:


Key Responsibilities

· Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials and communication channels.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.

· Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on client requirements and project briefs.

· Use industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or Figma to create high-quality designs.

· Select appropriate fonts, colors, and images to enhance the visual appeal of designs and effectively communicate the desired message.

· Create mock-ups and prototypes to present design ideas to clients or stakeholders.

· Prepare final designs for print or digital publication, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.

· Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and technologies to improve skills and stay competitive in the field continually.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

· Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.

· Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:

· Five years of professional experience

· Experience with web design and UI/UX principles.

· Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software.

· Familiarity with digital marketing trends and strategies.

· Experience working in an ad agency or a creative team, servicing medical devices or dental industry clients.
