Job Summary:
The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for developing and executing professional quality design concepts that support Ziehm Orthoscan product and service objectives. This position plays a key role in graphic design, advertising, video production, event coordination, resource management, website design, and development of sales collateral. The Multimedia Designer will collaborate with the VP of Marketing, other members within the marketing team, and additional Sales support staff. The candidate for this role must be capable of interacting with all levels of personnel and move interchangeably between a variety of projects and tasks on any given day, delivering activity to deadline and in accordance with pre-determined budget and quality standards. Self-management, versatility and the ability to efficiently multi-task are prerequisites to success..

Essential Functions:
  • Design digital graphics for use in advertising media, brochures, newsletters, signage, promotional and sales items.
  • Establish, maintain and organize a marketing database of images, photographs, videos and collateral.
  • Compose and distribute emails campaigns, structured as digital ads/promotions and newsletters.
  • Assist in design layout, navigation, and uploading of relevant content/graphics for the company website.
  • Serve as photographer and videographer capturing and highlighting product features and abilities.
  • Create short corporate/training videos from start to finish, including storyboarding, staging, capturing, editing, and digitally publishing.
  • Coordinate projects with outside graphic agencies, including acquiring project estimates and sustaining graphic, proofing, printing and delivery deadlines.
  • Work with print vendors to ensure quality standards and cost are efficiency.
  • Contribute to the execution of social media and digital communication campaigns, using sources such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Plans and implements search engine marketing campaigns, conducts keyword search and curates content with the marketing team based on keywords to drive traffic and generate sales.
  • Gathers and evaluates web analytics and metrics to be used for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Creates analytical reports pertaining to campaign performance, to present to senior management and marketing team.

Basic Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline
Experience:
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with copy writing, photography, camera/video equipment, production, editing, animation, or web design (UX/UI design) required.
  • Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of email marketing software, CRMs and HTML for email marketing.
  • Knowledge and/or use of a 3D computer graphics software and rendering abilities.

  • Set priorities and accomplish tasks timely, efficiently, accurately and error free.

Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed in a professional office environment.
  • Business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
  • This position works on site at our Scottsdale location.
