Our reps know that with each “no” a “yes” is just around the corner. 


At Smiling Sun Solar, we believe in treating our employees just as great as our customers. We’re looking for multiple Solar Sales Reps to join our new office in Northern Virginia. This position will report directly to the office Canvas Manager. The primary role of a Solar Sales Rep. is to set appointments for our closers to make the sale. The preferred candidate will have previous experience with door to door sales and/or cold, outbound sales. If you don’t have previous experience but are hungry to make money, are professional, and know how to talk to strangers and get them interested in buying, we welcome you to apply. Full training will be provided. 


Compensation is very competitive for our reps. In this role you’ll be paid per confirmed appointment and again when the sale is complete and installed. If you have experience as a closer, please note that in your application. Not all of our Sales Reps. can close, but those that can are able to earn commissions on the appointment set as well as the sale.
