Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team in the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in Java development, with extensive expertise in Java 8 or Java 11, microservices architectures, Spring Boot, and relational databases.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of high-volume applications for mission-critical financial systems, ensuring strong reliability, high performance, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Drive the adoption of microservices best practices, providing guidance on system architecture and design to support scalability and maintainability.
  • Develop and manage robust service integrations with Kafka for real-time data processing and streaming capabilities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies within the Java ecosystem and financial services industry to incorporate into the technology roadmap.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Java development with a proven track record of successful project leadership.
  • Proficiency in Java 8 or Java 11, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and Relational databases.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, with direct experience being highly preferred.
  • Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, design patterns, algorithm design, and complexity analysis.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle) for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
