About Flourish Flourish Health (www.flourish.health) is a telehealth clinic for young adults with high acuity psychiatric illness insured by Medicaid. Our contracts with Medicaid allow our clinical teams to provide high quality care to adolescents ages 12-26 in communities that have historically been marginalized, have limited access to care, and who may otherwise not get the level of care they need. Flourish health is a general adolescent psychiatry clinic with a fully integrated therapy and case management team. Patients are referred to us as an alternative to IOP. Our patients have moderate to severe mood disorders, moderate to severe anxiety and trauma disorders, and/or behavioral disorders such as ODD. Each psychiatrist works with a team of full-time therapists and full-time case managers to support their patient panel. From the patient's perspective, they get support from a comprehensive mental health team including their psychiatrist, therapist, mental health coach, and case manager/advocate. This fully staffed team allows you as the psychiatrist to focus on providing the best care possible while the rest of the team manages additional support and case work.
