We strive to be the best wholesale distributor in the area and invite you to be part of building the future.To act as the business manager and leader for the assigned contractor account package by increasing the value of Codale to our customers, growing the volume and profitability of assigned contractor account base, and promoting all Codale's products and services professionally and ethically.What You'll Do:Lead customers to Codale's unique value propositions by changing our customer's status quo.Develop market strategies and sales growth plans for assigned accounts.Build and maintain relationships with various levels of customer organizations through providing value and insight to customers on their business and market conditions.Negotiate, develop, and coordinate implementation of effective price/cost strategy for account base.Prospect for new accounts as applicableMaintain healthy relationships with vendors and vendor representativesConduct regular joint sales calls with Vendor representatives on contractor customersWork with different functional areas to drive sales growth and maintain customer satisfactionSupport all corporate Codale initiativesIdentify trends and emerging disruptive forces affecting the local electrical contractor market and relay this information to Codale management.Coordinate and plan with Inside Sales Reps, and all other Codale specialists to ensure customers are receiving the information and services needed in a timely fashion.What You'll Bring:Demonstrated capacity for understanding architectural/engineering drawings,Effective negotiation skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsHigh emotional intelligenceStrong leadership skillsStrong relationship management skillsAbility to grow and maintain relationships with any individual, irrespective of the background and type of personalityPossession of good sense of humorStrong creativity and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to work with recent technological applications relating to daily tasksStrong organization and time management skillsStrong planning skillsWillingness to put in more working hours, even at odd timesPossess reliable problem-solving abilityTeam player attitudeMust maintain a positive professional appearance and provide a positive company image3 years of business-to-business sales preferably in the electrical industry.Job Location: Ogden, UtahWhy work for Codale Electric Supply?
