And we do it all with heart, each and every day.The Senior Analyst, Account Management will serve as a fully dedicated advocate to senior employees and their families employed by a leading financial services company.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for senior leaders working closely with the Benefits team to ensure a seamless and high-quality Aetna experience.Serve as a primary point of contact for member service inquiries.Liaising with healthcare providers.Submitting and tracking out-of-network claims.Managing administrative processes such as pre-authorizations and pre-certifications.Assisting members in locating providers and scheduling appointments.Function as a subject matter expert on the employer's Aetna medical plan.Track, analyze, and create reports on service utilization, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with account team members and cross-functional partners to resolve complex product or service issues.Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to maintain a high level of service quality and knowledge.Required Qualifications3-5 years of client management experience within the healthcare industry.Demonstrated experience as a polished, concise, and professional communicator.Multi-functional experience, e.g., claim systems.Preferred QualificationsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional, and relationship-focused approach.Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and reliability in all tasks.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proven success in prioritization and meeting deadlines.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions to achieve client satisfaction.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and follow through to resolution.EducationBachelor's degree in Business or related field.Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $122,400.00Great Benefits For Great PeopleWe take pride in our comprehensive and competitive mix of pay and benefits investing in the physical, emotional and financial wellness of our colleagues and their families to help them be the healthiest they can be.
