Step into a high-functioning orthopedic care environment in Midlothian, Virginia, covering a maternity leave assignment for 6 months. We re seeking an experienced, autonomous PA with a strong orthopedic background to support elective inpatient orthopedic procedures. Location: Midlothian, VA ️ Assignment Dates: ASAP February 22, 2026 Setting: Inpatient Elective Orthopedic Surgery EMR: EPIC ️ Patient Demographic: Adults & Geriatric Call: None ️ Supervision: Remote supervision available physician not on-site Responsibilities: Independent inpatient rounding Discharge coordination Post-op management of elective orthopedic surgery patients Minor procedures: dressing changes, line removals ️ Travel Reimbursement: Flight: Standard Economy (reimbursed) Hotel: Fully Covered Rental Car: Standard economy covered Requirements Board Certified PA Required Active Virginia License + DEA Required BLS Certification Required Orthopedic Surgery Experience Required Ability to work independently
