Skipping Stones Behavioral Learning Center is dedicated to helping individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, emotional behavioral disorders, and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential and improve their quality of life. We provide one-on-one, private, center-based ABA therapy to positively impact the lives of individuals with autism and other pervasive developmental disorders. Our personalized care is tailored to children from birth to 18 years old. We are located in Vancouver, WA.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing behavior management strategies, providing parent education, and utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques. The role involves working closely with individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, as well as collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Knowledge of Parent Education strategies
- Understanding of Psychology and Behavior Management techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Master's degree in related field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education)
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities is a plus
