Card Product Manager SrThe Card Product Manager Sr executes card product strategies to drive new account acquisition, and optimize portfolio performance that will drive account activation, usage, balance growth, and retention. Duties and Responsibilities:Develop a thorough knowledge of card products and become a subject matter expert on card products may include Debit, Credit, Digital Issuance or other Card Based product enhancementsDefine, maintain, and prioritize team backlog; a prioritized list of epics, features and user storiesRegularly refine the backlog to ensure it remains relevant and focusedCollaborate closely with stakeholders (i.e. product managers, horizontal Product Owners, marketing, CSC, branch, risk, etc.) to define features/requirements and ensure clarityCommunicate vision, roadmap and priorities effectively bridging between scrum team(s) and the stakeholders, to ensure product development aligns with business goalsCollaborate with business systems analysts, architects, developers and testers to decompose features into user stories, and participate in refinement sessionsLead or participate in all agile ceremonies including big room planning, sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, product demos, scrum of scrum, etc.Lead the scrum team to achieve sprint and release goals, by mitigating roadblocks, trade-off decisions, priority decisionsPerforms other duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree5+ years of product management experience in financial services or banking3+ years experience working within an Agile delivery frameworkPreferred Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to drive execution of strategic priorities leveraging Agile practicesMaster's degree in business, management, operations, engineering, or a related fieldMust be passionate about driving results and innovationStrong analytical skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actionsProven ability to quickly assess situations and risks, determine plausible paths of action, and execute flawlesslySuperior project management skills (Project management certification is a plus)Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and VisioAgile product owner experience in digital/online products or customer self-serviceNew customer acquisition and on-boarding experienceExperience working Card products (Debit, Credit, other card-based payment products)Strong attention to detail, focus on processStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong collaboration skills, always acts as a team playerDemonstrated ability to critically analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and make recommendations to remediate issuesFamiliarity with regulatory compliance requirements for financial institutions and productsProficiency in agile tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Agile Place, Mural boards, etc.Exempt Status: YesWorkplace Type: OfficeOur Approach to Office Workplace Type: Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.Compensation Range: $77,000.00 - $154,000.00 Annual SalaryThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
