Senior Lead Product Manager For Debit CardsWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager for Debit Cards within Consumer Small & Business Banking. This role will be responsible for elevating Wells Fargo's leading position in Debit Card and Digital Payments by providing strategic thinking, product leadership and initiative execution for individual products and features for debit cards and digital wallets. This skilled individual will lead product innovation by bringing customer experience enhancements to debit cards and digital wallets and deliver the vision and roadmap for Family Banking solutions and other critical customer segments while driving growth in debit and digital payments.In this role, you will:Lead strategic product vision and execution by monitoring market trendsDrive growth in digital payments and wallets across Penetration, Activation and Usage metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Payments, Credit Card, Merchant Services, Lending, Digital, Marketing, Fraud, Legal, and Riskto deliver cutting-edge capabilities and ensure seamless product lifecycle managementProvide business leadership for strategy deliveryManage the full product lifecycle, including end-of-life transitions aligned with market needsPlan and establish requirements for core debit card products and digital wallet/payment featuresShape the consumer experience by developing detailed Family Banking and Youth product plansBuild go-to-market strategies, define success metrics, and secure business case approvalsServe as a technical or portfolio subject matter expert, partnering with internal and external teams to drive success of products and featuresOversee development activities, identify gaps, manage testing, and drive implementationPromote and adhere to risk management processes, controls, and procedures throughout the product lifecycleStay ahead of market trends including industry, competitive, and technology developmentsIdentify unmet customer needs and translate insights into innovative digital wallet and payment solutionsTrack and report on financial, consumer, product, and market metrics to evaluate success and inform future strategiesRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Proven product strategy development experienceDeep understanding of customer segmentation, mobile technologies, and the digital payments ecosystemSegmentation expertise, including analyzing segment data, identifying opportunities, and prioritizing high-value initiativesExperience in digital payments, digital channels, or fintechKnowledge of Agile and speed-to-market project methodologiesStrong understanding of product or program management, including roadmap development, strategy creation, and lifecycle management from ideation to deliveryExpert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create compelling presentations, develop advanced data visualizations, and perform complex data analysis using formulas, pivot tables, and chartsRelationship management skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong partnershipsAbility to research and stay current on industry trends and evolving customer preferencesTrack record of delivering results at pace in a dynamic environmentSelf-starter with high energy and motivation; works well independentlyDemonstrated leadership and collaboration experience across cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to translate insights into strategic imperativesAbility to influence and collaborate at all organizational levelsMBA strongly preferredJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 20% of the timeThis position is not eligible for Visa SponsorshipThis position offers a hybrid work schedulePosting Locations:2700 South Price Road, Chandler, Arizona550 S 4th St, Minneapolis, Minnesota401 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina3075 Loyalty Circle, Columbus, OhioSalary Range:Minnesota: $139,000- $239,000 annuallyPay Range:$139,000.00 - $239,000.00Benefits:Wells Fargo provides eligible employees with a comprehensive set of benefits, many of which are listed below.
