Our most important goal is to provide the highest standard of care to our residents in an environment that is safe and secure. As a Certified Nurses Assistant, you will be responsible for improving our residents experience and maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment. Your focus will be the basic quality-of-life for our residents, so duties such as recording vitals, providing ambulatory assistance, and seeing to hygiene needs will be key in the individualized care.

CNA day-to-day will include:

·         Assisting in daily living by delivering meals, ambulating, and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.

·         Aiding patients with personal hygiene: baths/showers, getting to/from the toilet, or positioning bed pans.

·         CNA's maintaining patient stability by checking vital signs and weight, testing urine, and recording intake and output information.

·         Supporting patients as a CNA by answering call lights, patient's requests, and aiding with transportation when needed.

·         Reporting observations and changes in patient's condition to nursing supervisor.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for part time and fulltime CNA- Certified Nurse's Assistant's for midnight and evening shifts.

We are looking for passionate CNA's to assist our residents with everyday living.

  •          Strong interpersonal skills, especially when it comes to delivering sensitive information to patients and/or families.
  •          Ability to think critically under pressure.
  •         Must have and maintain a current, valid CNA Certification.
  •          Ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
  • Be able to make independent decisions concerning above job duties.
  • Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family member, visitors, government agencies/personnel, vendors, and the general public.
  •   Be knowledgeable  medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.

Schedule needs:

  • 8 hour shifts
  • Full time CNA evening shift
  • Rotating Holiday Schedule
  • Weekend availability
