Nursing Department Head

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Nursing to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate professional to lead our nursing department and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Summary:
As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and managing all aspects of the nursing team and program. You will ensure that nursing services are delivered in accordance with established standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the nursing team: Develop, plan, implement, and manage all aspects of the nursing team and program.
- Partner with leadership team: Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and implement orientation, annual training curriculum, and teammate trainings.
- Assist treatment team: Assist the treatment team in identifying and providing appropriate treatment.
- Serve as Health and Safety Officer: Ensure compliance with regulations governing alcohol and other drug entities.
- Maintain compliance: Maintain compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse: Must have a full unencumbered license.
- Bachelor's degree: In nursing.
- Experience: Two years of management experience leading a team.
- Driver's license: Current valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Three years of experience with chemical addiction and/or mental disorders, including psych pharmacotherapy.
