Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and support investment systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with middle office and front office teams to resolve trade issues and ensure timely settlement.
  • Manage and maintain Aladdin, Bloomberg, and FactSet software, providing expertise and support to users.
  • Develop and document business requirements and technical specifications for system enhancements and new projects.
  • Conduct thorough testing of system updates and enhancements to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support investment decision-making processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.


Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in investment, asset management, or securities.
  • Proficiency in using Aladdin, Bloomberg, and/or FactSet software.
  • Experience with middle office or front office trade resolution and trade settlement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of investment systems and processes.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Project management experience.
