Account ExecutiveTwin City Staffing is seeking a motivated account executive to join a growing manufacturing company in Saint Paul, MN. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a sales professional with experience in industrial or manufacturing environments who enjoys building client relationships and supporting long-term business growth. Location: Saint Paul, MN Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Wage: $28 - $38 hourly wage (based on experience) Hours: Monday - Thursday: 6:00 am - 3:30 pm Friday: 6:00 am - 12:00 pm Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Opportunity for career growth and advancement Positive and collaborative work environment Comprehensive benefits package upon hire, including: Medical insurance Dental insurance 401(k) plan And more Duties: Sell quality stampings, tooling, and custom metal fabrication services to industrial clients Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Conduct direct sales activities and deliver professional sales presentations Support the Sales Team in achieving company sales goals Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred) 2-5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams Additional Information: Apply today To learn more about this account executive position, contact Alejandro at 763-200-3083.
