Master Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Master Carpenter to oversee our framing and construction projects in SIPs and ICF. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of carpentry, supervision, and crew management.

This is a hands-on position that requires exceptional leadership skills, people management abilities, and excellent communication skills. As a Master Carpenter - Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of carpenters and apprentices
• Scheduling and assigning labor, materials, and resources
• Ensuring timely completion of projects
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Providing training and guidance to team members

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• 6+ years of experience in carpentry focused on framing
• Experience in SIPs and ICF construction is desirable
• Formal training or certification is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
