Looking to lead a team, build out custom CRMs, and work with some of tech’s fastest growing companies? Look no further than Skydog Ops We are a leading Salesforce, Hubspot, and Revenue Ops firm with a relentless focus on helping our clients improve the way they work.
Skydog is looking for our next Manager, ideally somebody with 1-2 years of experience in the RevOps space who has been crushing it and is looking for a leadership role.
Job responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for several clients, directly interfacing with founders and executives.
- Building out custom CRM architecture/automation and oversee day-to-day management of customer CRMs (typically Salesforce and HubSpot).
- Potential to manage teammates, coaching them to succeed, deliver results, and grow.

- Consistently delivers results and independently drives the ball forward.
- Has experience building out Salesforce organizations from flow automation down to validation rules, reports & dashboards.
- Is an excellent communicator and can confidently speak with business leaders.
