POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI and Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work to lead and make an impact on a variety of user experience, advertising, and web focused design initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of user experience and interface design principles, coupled with exceptional graphic design skills with a major focus in ecommerce/digital marketing. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centric digital experiences across our web platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain design excellence and maintain brand consistency.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • UX/UI Design: Create intuitive and engaging user experiences for web platforms (site, back office, app, mobile, check out experience, digital advertising (create ads), web content, etc., ensuring seamless navigation, innovative design, and usability.
  • Graphic Design: Develop high-quality visual designs for web interfaces, layout microsites, enhancing imagery on current site, new site pages, banners, digital advertisement initiatives, and various digital assets as needed incorporating brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Thoughtfully and rapidly produce wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • User Research: Collaborate w/ key teams on user research, analyze feedback, and iterate designs based on user needs and behaviors.
  • A/B Testing: Expertise to test a variety of digital assets to improve KPIs – you will collaborate with various teams in this regard.
  • Design Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of design strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design elements and brand representation across all digital platforms.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in design and user experience.
  • AI Integration: utilize AI where it makes sense to augment projects.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive UX/UI and graphic design experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English and communication skills.
  • Meet deadlines while delivering thoroughly and researched design elements.
  • APP UX/UI a plus.
  • Self-starter – expert ability to see opportunities and execute with minimal oversight – you know what needs to be done and you get it done. Willing to roll up your sleeves and execute projects.
  • Ability to take feedback and follow instructions with the ability to collaborate across a variety of teams.
  • Identify, resolve, and own design issues across our platforms.
  • Forward thinking eye for design and deploying assets that resonate with our audience.
  • Quick learner – ability to adapt and take feedback.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
  • Flexibility to work "off hours" at times to communicate with global markets
