Sales Director

We're looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Sales to lead our sales department. This role is ideal for a driven individual who excels at motivating teams, managing and growing customer relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate Inside Sales Representatives to make calls to existing and prospective clients, quote the product and close the sale.
- Monitor daily sales and quote volumes, ensuring team performance aligns with company goals.
- Review and ensure accuracy of Sales Orders and prepare comprehensive follow-up reports for sales meetings.
- Manage and oversee weekly Sales Meetings.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with Inside Sales Representatives to ensure client needs are met and to strategize on future opportunities.
- Act as a key liaison between the sales and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, sales and negotiation skills.
- Thorough understanding of products and services to be sold.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Mentor and Train Inside Sales Representative staff.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Provide superior customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Construction and/or Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)
- Estimating and Management Experience (Preferred)
- Travel to at least 10 accounts per year.
