Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the region.
-Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
-Create and execute sales plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve business objectives.
Team Leadership and Development:
-Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team within the region.
-Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
-Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to drive team success.
Sales Execution:
-Lead by example and actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, and negotiations.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.
-Monitor sales activities and track progress towards goals, making adjustments as needed.
Customer Engagement:
-Understand customer needs and preferences in the fitness industry.
-Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
-Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
-Collect and analyze data related to sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
-Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management with insights and recommendations.
Collaboration:
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
-Communicate market insights and customer feedback to assist in product development and improvement.
Travel:
-Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct business development activities.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
-Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the fitness industry.
-Strong understanding of the fitness industry, including fitness equipment, health and wellness trends, and competitor products and services.
-Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
-Willingness to travel as required within the region.
-Goal-oriented and results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
-Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Compensation:
• $120k per year + bonuses
