Your Role:


As an Implementation Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead the Charge: Transform customer needs into actionable project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Drive Success: Guide clients through process flows and key tasks, offering top-notch support and exceptional service.
  • Educate and Empower: Develop and deliver training materials and assist in educating users on our software’s features and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a project management role focused on implementing staffing, payroll, or accounting software.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in Accounting, Payroll, Staffing, Recruiting, VMS, ERP/Wholesale Distribution, or Software Support is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Superior customer service, exceptional communication (both written and verbal), strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft products and web-based tools.
  • Technology Savvy: Comfort with social media, mobile apps, and web technologies; quick to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Location: Chicago-based candidates preferred (no relocation assistance provided).
