  • Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with business leaders across the organization, translating their challenges into actionable analyses. Your recommendations will be instrumental in shaping strategies that propel us forward.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 5+ years in data analytics, preferably within the dynamic world of retail.
  • Education: An advanced degree in economics, business analytics, statistics, or a related field is preferred—but we value experience and passion just as much.
  • Technical Prowess: Expertise in Excel is a must. Advanced skills in SQL, SSRS, R, Python, and Power BI will set you apart.
  • Problem-Solving Savvy: You have a track record of using data to solve real-world business problems. Your intellectual curiosity drives you to explore new possibilities and enhance existing processes.
  • Communication Skills: You’re not just a data guru—you’re also a storyteller who can translate complex data into insights that resonate with stakeholders.
  • Eligibility: You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
